The Reverend Joseph Dirbas

The Reverend Joseph Dirbas was ordained to the priesthood in December 2010. Fr. Dirbas received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University. He worked as an engineer and manager in San Diego for nearly 20 years before his seminary education at the General Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church in New York. Upon completion of his MDiv, Fr. Dirbas served as the associate rector at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Del Mar, CA and rector of All Souls’ Episcopal Church in Point Loma. Fr. Dirbas and his family immigrated to Canada in December 2021 and he has been rector of Holy Trinity in White Rock, B.C. since June 2022. Fr. Dirbas and his wife, Mother Terry Dirbas, have five children, including two sets of twins: George and Jeannie, Chatham, and James and Mary.
