The Reverend Greg Jenkins
Diocese of Huron
Greg was ordained in the Diocese of Huron in 1998 and started his ministry as the incumbent at Trinity Anglican, Durham and St. James, Hanover. During his time there, Greg became involved in the work of PWRDF. Throughout his ministry, he has championed social justice causes and strives to connect all of his congregations with the local and global community. In 2010 he became the rector of Trinity Anglican in Cambridge, Ont., where he actively engaged in deanery duties, becoming the treasurer, then the regional dean and the finally archdeacon. Greg also pursued a PhD in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy at what is now Martin Luther University College. In 2018, Greg moved to St. Alban’s Anglican Church in Burnaby, B.C, and was appointed to the role of PWRDF Representative in the Diocese of New Westminster. In 2023, Greg returned to the Diocese of Huron, taking on the same role as the PWRDF Diocesan Representative. Greg finds solace and rejuvenation in nature, prayer and meditation. He remains vigilant in his commitment to justice causes beyond the walls of the church sanctuary.
