PWRDF is responding to this need through the ACT Alliance with a grant of $30,000 as part of a larger program to provide hygiene items, blankets, clothing, and kitchen kits, build communal shelters for the most vulnerable, build community and school latrines, construct 12 classrooms and 450 3-seater school desks, provide inclusive learning and teaching materials, and offer teacher trainings in refugee context. This grant is in addition to the of $20,000 PWRDF provided to the Sudanese Development and Relief Agency (SUDRA) in July to respond to the humanitarian crisis in South Sudan.
