Education and Action

The Canadian Anglican Partnership Program’s purpose is: To engage our membership in the continuous journey along which we move from awareness on global justice issues to informed action that is rooted in faith and to make this part of the outreach and social justice ministry of every parish.

The Public Engagement Program develops and distributes a variety of information, education and worship resources, provides workshops and speakers to parishes and dioceses adn supports networks of committed volunteers at all levels of the church that carry out education, advocacy, fundraising initiatives.

Communication plays a vital role within the organization, by linking PWRDF’s Canadian constituency with the stories of our work. The stories tell of the work done by PWRDF’s partners and the challenges and issues they face. The stories of PWRDF partners would not be told if it were not for the combined efforts and partnership of Canadian Anglicans and the organizations with which PWRDF works throughout the world.
