Host a PWRDF Sunday

Many churches across Canada organize a specific day to celebrate and honour the work of PWRDF. We have plenty of worship resources available online and physical resources to help you do so!

Worship resources

Our newest liturgy for 2021, Celebrating Food & Faith Together, was written with the Season of Creation in mind, but it is suitable for use any time of year. Visit our Worship Resource page to download it, as well as Covenant for Climate Justice and Together on a Journey liturgies. You will also find resources for World Food Day, and devotionals for Advent and Lent.

Invite a guest speaker

PWRDF staff or volunteers are ready to join your service in-person or online, live or pre-recorded. To request a speaker, email Public Engagement Program Officer Christine Hills.

Our YouTube channel has hundreds of videos highlighting our partners and volunteers. You are welcome to share these during a coffee hour, in place of a sermon, or to promote your PWRDF Sunday.
