Judith Moses brings deep expertise and insight to the field of public governance with over thirty-five years of government experience and political know-how. As a former federal Senior Assistant Deputy Minister, she led the development of farm income policies and delivery of aid programs in Agriculture and Agri-food Canada. In the federal Privy Council Office, she advised successive Prime Ministers on highly sensitive machinery of government matters. In the Ontario Cabinet Office, she led a mandate review leading to restructuring of central agencies. On Aboriginal issues, Judith helped spearhead the first round of consultations with the provinces on Constitutional reforms and dealt with specific claims as the acting head of the Indian Commission of Ontario. She recently developed a policy on ‘alternative dispute resolution’ for the Ontario Ministry of Aboriginal Affairs; advised an energy consortium on its First Nations consultation and engagement strategy.
