Local Hero Gladys Olsen takes millionth step

“One million steps in one hundred days sounds like an incredible challenge. Not so for retired priest and  member of St. Anne’s,  Richmond Gladys Olsen  whose story appeared here on February 4, 2010. A combination of dedication and grit powered Gladys through all kinds of weather six days a week as she continued on her journey while inviting all to join in and help others. Gladys completed her millionth step in one hundred days on March 11 and raised $2,045 for PWRDF programs.
