Since 2014, PWRDF has participated in the Ride for Refuge, a national fundraising program encouraging people to form or join a team and ride in one of 31 locations across Canada to raise funds for their charity of choice.

This year PWRDF funds will support our equity in the Canadian Foodgrains Bank and also a microfinance initiative with our partners in Guatemala, Madre Tierra and Ixmucane.

The 2018 Ride for Refuge takes place on Saturday, September 29, in cities across Canada. You can bike, walk, or do something else entirely. To learn more about the Ride and to register your team, visit our page on the Ride for Refuge website and sign up today!

Ride for Refuge can be a walk, a rollerblade, or an event of your choosing. For more information about creating a customized Ride for Refuge experience in your community, contact Cheryl Denomy, PWRDF Donor Relations and Fundraising Coordinator, at 416.924.9199/1.866.308.7973, extension 306, or by e-mail at cdenomy@pwrdf.org.
