Stories

The relationships between people - partners, donors, board members, volunteers, staff - people facing enormous challenges around the world connected to Anglicans in communities across Canada - and the witness of the church alive and making a meaningful difference in the world - this is the good news of PWRDF.  This gallery is a collection of our stories from over the years - news stories from the web site, stories produced for Sunday bulletins, excerpts from trip reports and thematic photo essays.  They are not intended as a comprehensive listing of every aspect of the PWRDF program, or an in-depth analysis of issues. Instead they offer a glimpse into the heart and soul of the organization and try to reveal the people behind the programs and the projects. We hope you find the real life examples that you seek of how PWRDF makes a difference in the world and how we are rooted and inspired on a daily basis by faith based action for justice by ordinary people.
